A run didn't save

Open Miler. If a run was cut short, a Never Lost sheet offers to restore it. Runs you did without recording show up under Missed runs after a few minutes.

Distance looks wrong

Miler measures distance from the GPS chip's speed reading and fills gaps from your steps. Make sure Location is set to Always and Precise, and Motion & Fitness is allowed, in Settings > Miler.

The run paused by itself

Miler pauses in a car. It also auto-pauses when you stop for six seconds and resumes when you move. You can turn auto-pause off in Settings > Recording.

Restore a purchase

You > Settings > Purchase > Restore purchase. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account and Family Sharing is on.

Apple Watch

The Watch app records on its own. Runs transfer when the phone is nearby; Never Lost on the phone shows anything waiting.
