Frequently Asked Questions

How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data directly inside CreamyBlocks:
  1. Open the app and go to the home screen.
  2. Make sure you're signed in — your name appears at the bottom.
  3. Tap Delete Account below your name.
  4. Confirm when prompted.
This permanently removes your leaderboard entry, display name, and authentication account. It cannot be undone.
How do I change my leaderboard name?
Tap your display name at the bottom of the home screen. A text field will appear — enter your new name and tap Save. Your leaderboard entry updates instantly.
What data does CreamyBlocks collect?
Only the minimum needed for the leaderboard: your display name, email address (from sign-in), and your best score. If you don't sign in, nothing is collected — scores are stored on-device only. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
Why can't I sign in with Apple / Google?
Make sure your device has an active internet connection. For Apple Sign-In, ensure you're signed into your Apple ID in Settings. For Google, ensure you have a Google account set up on your device. If the problem persists, try signing in with email instead.
I forgot my password for email sign-in. What do I do?
Email reidwcoleman@gmail.com with the email address you used and we'll send you a password reset link within 24 hours.
Does CreamyBlocks have ads or in-app purchases?
No. CreamyBlocks is completely free with no advertisements and no in-app purchases. All themes, features, and the leaderboard are included at no cost.
How do themes unlock?
Themes switch automatically during gameplay when you build a hot streak — chain combos together to trigger a theme transition. Each session can cycle through multiple themes.
My score didn't appear on the leaderboard. Why?
The leaderboard only shows your best score, so if your latest game didn't beat your personal record it won't update. Also make sure you're signed in before you play — scores from offline sessions aren't retroactively uploaded.
