Privacy Policy

CreamyBlocks is a block-puzzle game developed by Reid Coleman. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information needed to operate the leaderboard feature:

Account information — if you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, we receive your display name and email address from the authentication provider.
Game scores — your best score is stored on our servers to display on the global leaderboard.
Display name — the name shown next to your score on the leaderboard (you can customise this in-app).

Sign-in is entirely optional. If you choose not to sign in, no personal data is collected — your scores are stored only on your device.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for:

Displaying your score on the in-app global leaderboard
Associating your score with your chosen display name
Allowing you to manage or delete your account and data

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond operating the leaderboard.

Third-Party Services

CreamyBlocks uses the following third-party services, provided by Google:

Firebase Authentication — handles sign-in with Apple, Google, or email. Firebase processes authentication on our behalf and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Cloud Firestore — stores leaderboard scores and display names securely in Google's cloud infrastructure.

We do not use any advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or data brokers.

Data Retention

Your account data (display name, email, and best score) is retained for as long as you have an account. If you delete your account, all data associated with it is permanently and immediately removed from our systems.

Account Deletion

      You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from within
      CreamyBlocks. On the home screen, sign in and tap Delete Account.
      This permanently deletes your leaderboard data and Firebase Auth account.
    

Children's Privacy

CreamyBlocks is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

No Advertising or Tracking

CreamyBlocks contains no advertisements and does not track your behaviour across apps or websites. We do not sell or share your personal data with any third parties beyond the Firebase services described above.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore with access controlled by Firebase security rules. Only you (via your authenticated account) can read or modify your own leaderboard data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
