Cardinal red heavyweight tee. Varsity arch, hand-finished tiger crest in three spot colors, cracked-in like it's been washed since 2002. The one that sells out first.
Three-color print, pre-cracked and faded so it looks twenty years old on day one. 250 GSM garment-dyed cotton, twin-needle hems. 36 made. When the timer hits zero it's gone.

Shot on 35mm. Brick, graffiti, stairs, the hood of a Toyota, the laundromat at 2 AM.
Nobody claps for the hours between midnight and five. That's the shift.
SHIFT started in 2002 as a joke between friends pulling all-nighters — "you're on the night shift." It stopped being a joke. Every drop is a punch card: a small run, a hard close, and then it's gone. If you own it, you were there.
We're not selling you a thin tee with a big print. The garment has to be the thing you reach for at 2 AM.
Heavyweight ring-spun cotton, boxy body, dropped shoulder, twin-needle hems. Pre-shrunk.
Waffle-knit long sleeves, 70/30 cotton-poly, ribbed cuffs. The winter piece.
Fleece-lined, double-layer hood, ribbed cuffs and hem, kangaroo pocket. Heavy in the hand.
Every print is distressed before it ships: cracked ink, faded color, soft hand. Thirty-six of each. When a size sells out it stays sold out.
