Privacy Policy
Last updated September 20, 2026
House Money ("the app") is made by Reid Coleman. This policy explains what the app does with information.
What the app collects
Nothing. House Money has no account system, no analytics, no advertising SDK, and no server of its own. Your game progress (cash, houses, reputation, settings, the name and avatar you pick) is stored only on your device and is deleted when you delete the app.
Network requests
To show homes that are for sale, the app requests public listing data and listing photos from third-party real estate websites and Apple Maps. Those requests carry the standard information any web request carries (your IP address and a user-agent string). The app does not send them anything about you. Map tiles, Look Around imagery and satellite images come from Apple Maps under Apple's own privacy policy.
On-device processing
When you renovate a room, the app uses Apple's on-device image classifier to pick out which listing photo shows that room. This runs entirely on your device; no photo leaves it for that purpose.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address.
